Our application acts as a middleware infrastructure connecting your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to advertising platforms like Google Ads to facilitate the automated uploading of offline conversion data.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must have the legal right and necessary consents to process and upload the user data (including hashed PII) from your CRM to Google Ads.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and login credentials.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable advertising policies set forth by Google.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the uptime of the service or the exact impact on your advertising performance. We are not responsible for API rate limits, downtime, or policy changes enforced by third parties like Google or your CRM provider.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Enhanced Conversions or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of your use of the service.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
