By installing and using the Enhanced Conversions Sync for Google Ads app (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
The App provides an automated integration that formats and sends conversion data from Pipedrive to Google Ads using Enhanced Conversions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with Google Ads policies and your local data privacy regulations (such as GDPR or CCPA) regarding obtaining user consent for tracking.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Arthur Jorge de Magalhães makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.
In no event shall Arthur Jorge de Magalhães be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or data use, incurred by you or any third party arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
