Arthur Jorge de Magalhães ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Enhanced Conversions Sync for Google Ads application (the "App") for Pipedrive. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data. This policy outlines how we handle the data processed through our App.

2. How the App Works (The "Zero-Storage" PII Model)

Our App acts as a secure data bridge between your Pipedrive CRM and your Google Ads account. To respect your customers' privacy, we employ a strict "Zero-Storage" model for Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

• When a deal is marked as "Won" (or updated) in Pipedrive, the App temporarily receives the associated contact's email and phone number in memory on our secure edge servers.
• This data is immediately cryptographically hashed using the industry-standard SHA-256 algorithm.
• The hashed data is securely transmitted directly to the Google Ads API.
• We do not store, log, or save any customer emails, phone numbers, or names in our database.

3. Information We Do Store

To keep the integration functioning automatically, we store only the minimum required technical configurations in our secure database:

• Your Pipedrive Account/Store ID and OAuth tokens.
• Your Google Ads OAuth tokens and Customer ID.
• Your specific Google Ads Conversion Action IDs.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties, other than transmitting the hashed conversion data to your designated Google Ads account as requested by the functionality of the App.
